Disclosure Packets (HOA Docs) for Sellers:

For Resale Packets, please go to www.summitmanage.com. Once at the management company website do the following:

  1. Go to the “Homeowners” tab at the top of the page and from the drop-down menu, select “Selling or Refinancing.”
  2. Click on the “here” link at the bottom of the page to go to Homewise Docs.
  3. Create a login name and password.
  4. Order documents as needed.
